COVID-19: Viewing Protocol
Advice and rules regulating property viewings have emerged following announcements from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. Further details and developments will continue to be announced and we will similarly adapt to the way we work to comply with these protocols to ensure we keep the home moving process safe and secure. Mount & Minster will adopt the following rules:

Potential buyers will not be permitted to touch surfaces, handles or doorknobs. The agent or owner showing you round will prepare the property ready for your arrival and will leave doors open for you. Currently, only two people are permitted to attend the viewing at any one time.

Those selling their homes need to vacate for a few minutes. You can wait in the garden, in the car or head out for the afternoon. Alternatively, you can remain out of the way in a different part of the house. If you are doing the viewing yourself, only one of you should accompany your potential buyers.
