We are delighted to announce that we will once again be representing home sellers in the East Midlands for the 17th London & Country Property Show in Chelsea on the 30th April 2025.

This increasingly popular event is the pinnacle of the real estate calendar in London, pulling-in buyers from within the M25 and the surrounding Home Counties, exhibiting and proactively promoting properties for the average London buyer seeking anything from £350,000 to around £1.5m. The Show has grown in popularity significantly in recent years, following the huge increase in buyers working from home but requiring local transport links back to London for the occasional trip to their high-paid jobs in the Capital. These buyers are often quick to move, pay more than the average local buyer and are often in a cash position due to the relative better value locally, compared to where they're moving from down south.

The venue has proven priceless, in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, in one of the most prominent and impressive buildings on the famous King's Road, the ideal spot for deeper pockets to consider areas and properties that may not have been on their radar initially. Buyers such as these are attracted to our proximity to local rail stations, our superb schools and our more attractive costs of living.
